What To Expect
1. First Session
Full Body Assessment
During your first session I will perform a whole body assessment to figure out movement limitations and body orientation. That information will be used to properly execute specific exercises that aim to promote more body symmetry and optimal function.
2. training outline
Exercise Specificity
We will work on improving overall mobility, stability, and strength throughout the body while building body awareness through mindful exercising. Our focus will be on improving weaker/limited areas in order to promote the whole body to operate more effectively.
3.Feedback
Body Awareness & Communication
We will improve your connection to your body so that you can provide me with the best feedback to help guide me to help you in the best way possible. This way we can keep building and improving on many different aspects of the way you move and feel on a regular basis. As we progress through training, I will constantly be adapting to you and your current needs to keep us heading in a positive direction.
