I started training with Brad over 2 years ago. I was so timid and embarrassed because I was overweight and out of shape. He was so patient with me and never made me feel uncomfortable or feel any less than someone who had been with him longer than me. Brad has taught me how strong I can be and how I can accomplish whatever I put my mind to. He knows when to push me and when to back off. I injured my knee recently, and he worked with me to make sure I was doing the correct stretching while helping me build that muscle back up to avoid re-injury. I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help.
